现行的行政管理模式的设计大都是以“性恶论”作为理论支持的,文章在对过往各种“人性论”进行客观分析的基础上,提出了“自然—社会—意识人性论”理论模式,为行政管理模式的设计提出了全新的人性论基础。

Most of the current design of the administrative management mode is supported by Evil- nature Theory. Based on the objective analysis of kinds of Human Nature Theories, this paper presents the Nature-Society- Consciousness Theory of Human Nature and puts forward a total new basis for the design of the administrative management mode.
