本文从材料技术研究结果具有的效应和材料失效特点出发，阐述了材料技术的主要成果形式和合同项目验收的程序。详细分析了合同完成情况的评价方法．指出关键技术与创新，技术指标，研究内容、技术文件，应用情况是项目评价的核心内容。同时提出了用“五化”评价研究过程与水平、七个因素评价测试结果的准确性与可靠性的方法。

According to the effect and inactiation on the achivements of advanced mat erials,this paper expands the mainforms of results and acceptance precedure of contract items.It analyses detailed the evaluation method of compl ete stateof contracts,and points out critical technologys,bringing forth new ideaces,technical digits,content of study,technical papersand using cicurmstans,those are the central content of evaluating items.It annornces five methods to evaluate resarch precessand level,seven factors to evaluate the accurate and reliabal poperties of the testing results.
