摘要
Sixteen new 2-heterocyclomethyl-5-diphenylmethylenecyclopentanone hydrochlorides were designed and synthesized. The growth inhibitory effect of these compounds in vitro was conducted using a MTF assay in human breast cancer T47D cells.
