摘要
介绍了8/6极双凸极永磁电机(Doubly Salient Permanent Magnet Motor,简称DSPM电机)的工作原理;设计出一套采用80C196KC和相应的接口电路的新型调速系统;对该调速系统各组成部分和变参数PI控制方法进行详细描述,并以750W电机为对象进行了实际运行试验。结果表明,该系统动态响应快、噪音小,运行平稳。
This paper introduces the work principle of 8/6 pole doubly salient permanent magnet motor (DSPM Motor), a new speed control system was designed based on the principle, it is composed of 80C196KC and the interface circuits corresponding. All parts of the system and variable parameter PI control methods are presented in details. Then experiments were done to the 750W motor. The results shows that the control system is a system with fast dynamic response, low noise and capability of long-time stable operation.
