树突状细胞在性病方面的进展

摘要 树突状细胞是目前所知的机体内功能最强的专职抗原提呈细胞,其抗原提呈能力是巨噬细胞的10 ̄100倍。它可以有效地刺激T、B淋巴细胞活化,从而将固有免疫和适应性免疫有机联系起来。大量研究表明,树突状细胞在抗肿瘤、抗感染、移植排斥和自身免疫性疾病中发挥重要作用。最近已有关于树突状细胞在艾滋病、梅毒、尖锐湿疣和生殖器疱疹等方面的报道,就树突状细胞在性病方面的研究进展作简要综述。 Dendritic cells (DCs) are considered to be the most potent professional antigen-presenting cells in vivo,and their antigen-presenting ability is 10 to 100 times that of macrophages. DCs can efficiently activate T and B lymphocytes,and build an organic connection between the innate and adaptive immunity. Numbers of researches have revealed that DCs play an important role in anticancer and anti-infection effect, graft rejection reaction, and autoimmune diseases. Recently, DCs have been reported to be involved in venereal diseases,i.e. AIDS,syphilis,condyloma acuminatum and genital herpes,etc. This review summarizes recent progress on DC differentiation, immunological activities, and research progress in common venereal diseases.
