The important part of the theory study of C^3I system is the credibility analysis of its evaluation. This paper discusses the main content that influences the credibility of C^3I system evaluation at first. Then the credibility analysis method is outlined, which is the combine method of the subjective affirmance of qualitative analysis and the statistical test mehtod of quantitative analysis. In addition,the method of how to measure credibility of system evaluation is giving.
