设计变更是工程变更的一部分内容,它关系到工程的进度、质量和投资控制。有效地对设计变更进行管理是确保工程质量和工期、控制工程造价的途径之一。在工程项目建设过程中需要加强设计变更的控制。从不同角度分析了设计变更出现的原因,提出应规范各参与单位的行为,提高变更管理水平。
As a part of the engineering variations, design variations are related to the control of time, quality and expenditure. Effective management of design variations is one of the ways to assure the quality, time and expenditure of the engineering. During the period of construction, we need to strengthen the control of design variations and analyze the reasons in different aspects why the design variations appear. The departments＇ deeds involved should be regulated. They need to improve the level of variation management.
