摘要
通过对连云港市物业管理的现状分析,针对连云港市物业管理市场化进程缓慢的原因,提出了包括深化物业管理体制改革、引入市场竞争机制、提升企业规模和从业人员素质、加强业主委员会建设、增强业主意识、加强法制化建设、营造物业管理市场新秩序等推进连云港市物业管理市场化进程的措施。
By analyzed the present situation and the slow development of marketing course in the property management of Lianyungan, g city, this paper brought forward some measures to advance marketing course of the property management, such as deepening management system reforming, introducing competition mechanism, advancing enterprise dimensions and upgrading personnel diathesis, reinforcing owners committee, boosting up owners consciousness, enhancing legal system, building new marketing order, and so on.
