摘要
利用刀具刃口回转面在两刀位点间运动形成的包络面方程与CAD模型面求交来实现五轴NC加工中干涉的判断与检验,依据检验结果对干涉进行处理,从而避免实际加工时干涉的发生。该方法考虑了刀具运动路径上全部刀位点的刀具与工件的位置关系,因而能够实现刀位轨迹全过程的干涉检验,避免了加工时对局部型面的破坏,有利于改善加工零件的表面质量。实际计算验证了该方法的可行性和实用性,具有一定的理论和实际意义。
This paper presented a method to solve the problems about five-axis NC machining interference, in which the intersections between the machining cutter movement envelope surface and the CAD model surface were calculated to realize the judgment and check of the interference in the movement of cutter, and then generated interfer-free cutter path. Because of considering the position relation about the cutter and the workpiece of the whole cutter location points,the method can realize the interference check and avoidance on the whole movement path, and can avoid the damage of the requested surface, so as to improve the machining quality. The calculation example shows the method is practical and useful.
