双盘悬臂转子轴承系统碰摩故障数值仿真与实验分析 被引量:7

摘要 分别建立了双盘悬臂转子轴承系统的力学模型、数学模型和碰摩力模型,同时利用转子碰摩故障的实验装置,研究了转子系统碰摩故障的非线性振动特性,对中间盘碰摩时转子系统的动力学特性、悬臂盘发生碰摩时转子系统的动力学特性进行了进一步分析,数值仿真结果与实验结果一致,对实际工程中转子系统的安全稳定运行具有一定的实际参考价值。 Mechanical and numerical model of a dual-disc over-hung rotor-bearing system were built respectively. By using the experimental instruments for rubbing fault, the influences of nonlinear characteristics of rotor system with rubbing fault, such as eccentricity, clearance, and rubbing on mid-disc were studied. And further analyses were carried out on dynamic characteristics of rotor system with rubbing on mid-disc and rotor system with rubbing on over-hung disc. The simulation results meet the experimental ones well. The study may do favor to the safe and stable running of the practical rotating machinery.
