美沙拉嗪肠溶片中5-氨基水杨酸的HPLC法测定

Determination of 5-Aminosalicylic Acid in Mesalazine table by HPLC

目的：建立HPLC法测定美沙拉嗪片中的5-氨基水杨酸的含量。方法：采用C18色谱柱，流动相为：乙醇-0．1mol／L的磷酸二氢钠（65：35），流速1．0ml／min，检测波长304nm，结果：5-氨基水杨酸在0．04～8．0μg范围内线性关系良好，平均回收率为99．79％，RSD为1．32％。结论：结果准确可靠，重现性好。

Objective： To establish HPLC method for determination of 5- Aminosalicylic Acid in mesalazine tablets. Methods：A C18column was used , with the mobile phase of Alcohol and -0. lmol/L Monobasic Sodium Phosphate （65： 35）, a flove rate of 1. 0 ml · min^-1 and the detection wavelength of 304nm（nanometer）. The calibration curve of 5-Aminosalicylic Acid was linear in the concentration range of 0.04-8.0μg. Results：The average recovery was 99.79%,with RSD of 1.5%. Conclusion： The method is credible, the operation is simple, and the re,;ult is accurate.
