Microscopic identification of Adonis amurensis Regel et Radd in the northeast region

目的:为准确鉴定药材,保证用药安全有效,并为进一步制定侧金盏花的质量标准及开发利用提供科学依据。方法:石蜡切片技术。结果:明确了东北侧金盏花在显微特征上无明显区别。结论:这些显微特征可通用于东北三地侧金盏花的鉴定。

Objective： To identify Adonis amurensis Regel et Radd correctly to ensure its satety and effect in medication and to provid scientific basis for formulating the quality standard and development. Method： The technology of paraffin wax slice was used. Result： There were no obvious differences in microscopic characters in Adonis amurensis Regel et Radd in the northeast region. Conclusion： All the microscopic characters can be used in the identification of northeast Adonis amurensis Regel et Radd.
