摘要
目的:探讨消渴益肾胶囊对于糖尿病肾病(DN)患者的临床疗效。方法:将130例DN患者随机分为消渴益肾胶囊治疗组和对照组,检测临床症状,24h尿蛋白测定及肾功能等指标,并进行相关统计学分析。结果:消渴益肾胶囊治疗组各组指标均优于对照组(P<0.01),临床症状明显缓解。结论:消渴益肾胶囊是治疗糖尿病肾病的有效方剂。
Objective： To discuss the clinical curative effect of Xiaokeyishen capsule on diabetic nephropathy. Methods： We randomly divided 130 diabetics with diabetic nephropathy into control group and Xiaokeyishen capsule treatment group. We examined clinical, symptoms ,24 h urine protein and renal, function and conducted correlative analysis of statistics. Result：In Xiaokeyishen capsule treatment group the indexes above were improved compared with the control group. Conclusion： Xiaokeyishen capsule is effective in diabetic nephropathy.
