摘要
目的:探讨HO-1在肺癌组织中的表达状况,为肺癌的早期诊断提供新的依据。方法:采用反转录-多聚酶链式反应(RT-PCR)方法检测32例单纯肺癌组及10例正常对照组织(距癌组织大约10cm)中HO-1mRNA表达水平。结果:32例标本均进入半定量结果分析,在肺鳞癌组、腺癌组织及肺小细胞未分化癌组HO-1mRNA表达量分别为(0.85±0.03)、(0.84±0.03)及(0.83±0.02),正常对照组为(0.39±0.02)。各型肺癌组HO-1mRNA明显高于正常对照组(P<0.05),而肺癌组间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:HO-1在肺癌中明显的高表达。
Objective: To investigate the expression of HO-1 mRNA in lung cancers to offer new basis for early diagnosis of lung cancers. Methods: Reverse transcription-polymerase chain reaction(RT -PCR) was used to detect HO-1 mRNA expression in specimens from 32 cases of lung cancers and 10 cases of normal tissue about 10cm away from lung cancer tissue. Results: All the 32 specimens were involved in the analysis of half quantity results. The HO-1 mRNA contents were (0.85±0.03), (0. 84± 0. 03)and(0. 83±0. 02)in squamous cell carcinoma of the lung, adenocarcinoma of the lung and small cell anaplastic lung cancers. The HO-1 mRNA content was (0. 39±0. 02) in normal tissue. HO-1 mRNA expression rate was higher in lung cancers than that normal tissue (P 〈 0.05) . There was no significant difference among all types of lung cancers (P 〉 0.05) . Conclusion. HO-1 mRNA quantity shows much high expression in lung cancers.
