摘要
通过对热管醚化反应器的传热、传质过程的分析,建立了描述催化反应特性的拟均相二维数学模型。利用该模型预测了反应器进料温度、液相体积空速、热管介质温度、进料浓度变化对催化剂床层温度分布和反应结果的影响,获得了反应器催化剂床层的轴向温度分布序列和热管周围催化剂床层的局部温度分布数据,为反应器的优化操作和工程放大提供了参考依据。
Through the analysis of heat and mass transfer of heat pipe etherification reactor for light iso-o-lefin etherification process, a new two-dimensional quasi-homogenous mathematical model of reactor was established. With the help of this model, the impact of variations of reactor feed temperature, liquid-phase volumetric space velocity, heat pipe temperature and feed concentration on catalyst bed temperature distribution and conversion rate of reactants is predicted. In addition, the data of axial temperature distribution of catalyst bed in the reactor and the temperature distribution of catalyst bed around the heat pipe buried in the catalyst are obtained. These data provide an important basis for the reactor operation optimization and commercial scale-up in engineering.
