摘要
提出了基于优化分区的配电网规划的必要性及其优点,通过分析比较对自由分区法、均一网格法和等负荷分区法等分区规划方法进行了研究。阐述了空间负荷预测法、负荷密度法、弹性系数法等6种分区负荷预测方法及其运用特点。结合某市配电网规划,对优化分区和负荷预测的理论及方法进行了实践,证明优化分区规划方法能够解决大规模城市配电网的规划问题,对国内现代化城市配电网规划工作具有参考价值。
This paper proposes the necessity and the merit of planning distribution network based on optimal partitioning, analyzes and compares the methods of free-partitioning, equal-grid and equal-loads, elaborates six kinds of partitioning load forecasting methods and related utilization characteristics, including the methods of space load forecasting, load density, elasticity coefficient and so on. Finally , in connection with the planning for power distribution network in a city the authors have carried on the practice to the theories and the methods of optimal partitioning and load forecasting. The practice has proven that the optimal partitioning method can solve the problems in power distribution network planning for large cities , and it can be referred in power distribution network planning for domestic modernized cities.
