摘要
介绍2001年投产运行至今的全套从德国引进的烟气湿法脱硫装置(FGD),在运行过程中出现石膏脱水系统的浆液泵、管道阀门频繁磨损,气蚀泵体磨穿,影响装置正常运行的问题。通过运用分析和研究手段,找出导致问题的主要原因是石膏浆液浓度高、粘度大、SiO2含量过高。对系统进行优化改进、国产化改造和完善,保证了烟气湿法脱硫装置正常稳定、高效地运行。
This paper introduces the problems appeared in the FGD gypsum dehydration system imported from Germany operated from 2001 up to now such as frequent wear and tear of serum pumps, conduits and valves, gas erode and wear out of pump bodies which influence the normal operation of the system. By means of analysis and study, the main found causes are high density and high' viscosity of gypsum syrup and high content of SiO2 . Improvements to optimize the system with domestic equipments ensures normal, stable, efficient operation of the wet-type flue gas desulfurization devices.
