摘要
在我国的上市公司MBO被叫停的情况下,各种曲线MBO层出不穷。讨论了曲线MBO过程存在的问题,并提出了解决的方法,为我国上市公司企业改革提供借鉴。
Although MBO of Chinese public companies have been stopped, various curved MBO constantly emerge. This paper discussed the existing problem in curved MBO process, provided the related solutions, so as to provide help for chinese public companies＇ reforms.
