摘要 根据浙江省滩涂资源情况,结合浙江省滩涂围垦现状及规划,分析了围垦工程对生态环境的主要影响以及滩涂湿地承受的其它压力因素,并从滩涂湿地生态系统的环境承载力、滩涂的再生速率角度,提出“滩涂资源的有效配置和永续利用、区域环境质量维持不变甚至好转”意义上的围垦工程环境可持续发展评价指标,并结合荷兰滩涂围垦生态环境保护及恢复的经验,提出浙江省滩涂围垦可持续发展策略。 According to the current situation of tidal flat resources and the tidal flat reclamation planning of Zhejiang Province, the paper analyzes the ecological impact of tidal flat reclamation and the other pressure factors on tidal flat resources. And based on the environmental capacity and the regeneration speed of tidal flat ecosystem, the author presents an index system which indicates effective allocation and lasting utilization of tidal flat resources and bettering of regional environmental quality. Finally, studied the experiences of ecological protection and renovation of reclamation project in Holland, the paper concludes strategies for sustainable development of tidal flat reclamation in Zhejiang Province.
