新时期新环境对图书馆的工作有了新的要求,图书馆馆员要转变自己的理念,以促进图书馆的发展。这里有很多问题摆在馆员和领导的面前,其中很重要的一点就是新环境下的图书馆人力资源管理。文章论述了如何加强图书馆的人力资源管理。

Under the new period and environment, there are new requirements to library work. The library workers should change their working concept to improve the library development. But there are many problems that need to be solve by the library workers. Among these problems, the important one is library＇s human resource management. This paper discussed how to strengthen library＇s human resource management.
