从数字图书馆与知识产权的概念、国内外数字图书馆知识产权保护的现状、国内外的有关知识产权的法律法规、关于我国数字图书馆知识产权保护的建议等几个方面对数字图书馆中的知识产权保护问题进行了初步的探讨与分析。

This paper discussed and analyzed the intellectual property right protection in digital library from the concept of digital library and the intellectual property right, the present situation of the domestic and foreign digital librarys＇ intellectual property right protection, the legal laws and regulations of the domestic and foreign related intellectual property right protection, the suggestion about our country＇s digital library intellectual property rights protection.
