摘要
目的比较不同株Eimeria maxima交叉免疫保护性的差异。方法采用单卵囊分离技术从三个不同的地区分离到3株E.maxima:寒亭株(HT)、东阿株(DA)和沂南珠(YN),用其中1株作免疫,然后分别用3株进行攻击,计算各组的相对保护率和相对增重率。结果HT株对DA株、YN株的相对保护率与HT株对HT株的相对保护率差异有显著性(P<0.05),DA株对YN株、HT株的相对保护率与DA株对DA株的相对保护率差异有显著性(P<0.05),YN株对DA株、HT株的相对保护率与YN株对YN株的相对保护率的差异有显著性(P<0.05)。不同组之间和不同株之间对增重影响的差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论HT株、YN株、DA株之间的交叉免疫保护性存在差异。
Objective To study cross-immunoprotection among different Eimeria maxima strains. Methods Three strains of E. maxima, Hanting strain (HT), Donge strain (DA) and Yinan strain (YN), were collected using single oocysts separation from three different regions in Shandong Province. One of the strains was chose to immunize, and then all the three stains were artificial infected with E. maxima. Relative protective rate and gains of each group were counted. Results There was significant difference between each strain itself compared with other strains in relative protective rate (P〈0.05), while there was no significant difference in gains of chicken between different groups or different strains of E. rnaximas. Conclusion The results indicate that there is significant difference among HT strain, DA strain and YN strain in cross-immunoprotection.
