摘要
目的:研究葛根素对大鼠抗氧化酶活性的作用。方法:取SD大鼠32只,随机分为四组,生理盐水对照组、低、高剂量葛根素组、VE对照组。给药30天,颈椎脱臼处死大鼠,检测心、脑、肝等组织中的SOD的活性和MDA的含量。结果:葛根素对大鼠心、肝等组织中SOD活性显著升高,心、脑、肝等组织中MDA含量显著下降。结论:葛根素具有清除体内脂质过氧化物作用,能改善大鼠体内异常的过氧化状态,减轻对机体的过氧化损伤的作用。
Objective：To study the effect of Puerarin on the activity of anti - Oxidase of rats. Methods：Thirty - two SD rats were randomly divided into four groups, physiological salt solution group, small dosage Puerarin group,large dosage Puerarin group, and Vit E group. The rats had been administrated for thirty days and the activity of SOD and the levels of MDA in hearts,liver and brains of rats were detected after the rats were killed. Results：The activity of SOD obviously increased and the levels of MDA decreased in heart of Puerarin group rats. Conclusion：Puerarin can disinfect lipid peroxidation and improve the abnormal peroxidation and relieve the injury induced by peroxidation.
