摘要
与普通切削相比,振动切削摩擦系数小、切削力和切削温度低,能够显著提高表面质量、加工精度和加工效率。详细分析振动切削特点的形成机理,得出振动切削特点之间的因果关系。
Compared with traditional cutting, vibration cutting has a lot of characteristics, such as smaller friction coefficient, lower cutting force and cutting temperature, and can improve surface quality, machining precision and efficieney obviously. Forming mechanism of mentioned above vibration cutting characteristics is analyzed in detail, causal relation among mentioned above characteristics can be concluded.
