剃齿是齿轮齿形精加工的高效传统工艺,分析剃齿的原理及剃齿过程存在的问题,提出一种用齿轮式金刚石修磨轮修形剃齿刀的新方法,并说明制作金刚石修磨轮的方法,通过试验证明可行。

Gear shaving is a highly effective traditional process to gear finishing. The author had analyzed principle of gear profiling using a diamond dressing gear, and discussed the new method to make diamond dressing gear. Passing through experiments the certificate is feasible.
