摘要
论述加工质量定量评价的基本原理、评价方法及具体操作,即根据质量损失函数首先确定零件各尺寸的评分,再经过加权后得到零件各表面的评分,零件各表面的评分经过加权后得到零件的定量质量评分。并通过具体实例说明定量评价的应用。
The article mainly discussed the basic principle of processing in quality evaluation,the evaluation method, as well as the detailed operations and explained the application of quality evaluation through practical examples. The quantitative valuation system of work piece quality determines the dimension＇grade of the work piece first,then derives the grade of the surface after weighted evaluation of the dimensions＇ grade,finally gives the grade of the work piece＇s quality after weighted evaluation of the surfaces＇ grade.
