摘要
对功率超声的研究现状进行概述,介绍功率超声技术的有关应用;重点分析功率超声的超声换能器和变幅杆、超声发生器、换能器材料等的研究进展及在超声加工、超声清洗、超声马达、声空化和声化学、超声治疗、超声雾化等方面的新应用及其发展。
This paper makes a summary of the research situation currently of power ultrasonic, and makes the brief analysis for the relevant application technology of the power uhrasonie technology; which key introduction is the research development of uhrasonie transducer and amplitude transformer, uhrasonie generator, transducer material, besides that, it also includes the new application for uhrasonie treatment, uhrasonie cleaning, uhrasonie motor, cavitations and son chemistry , uhrasonie therapy, sonic atomization and so on.
