摘要
分析传统的固定步长插补算法在复杂曲面零件加工中的缺点,提出自适应变步长算法,该方法按照曲线的曲率变化而采用相应的步长,算法简单,插补误差小,达到快速、高效的加工效果。
The paper analyse the shortcoming of a conventional fixed -step algorithm at NC machining of intricate surface ,sering up a algorithm of self - adapting changeable step. The algorithm adopts homologous step according to the changeable curvature of the surface, it is simple with small error of interpolation ,and gets a high - speed and efficient effect.
