血竭胶囊治疗宫内节育器致子宫异常出血疗效观察

The Clinical Observation on Xuejie Capsule(血竭胶囊) for Abnormal Uterine Bleeding Caused by IUD

目的观察龙血竭胶囊结合西药口服治疗放置宫内节育器(IUD)所致子宫异常出血的疗效。方法将198例因放置IUD致子宫异常出血的患者随机分两组,均予西药治疗,观察组加用龙血竭胶囊;7d为1疗程,连服2个疗程。结果观察组总有效率为88.82%,高于对照组之70.10%。结论中药龙血竭胶囊结合西药口服治疗因放置IUD所致子宫异常出血效果显著,且无副作用。

Objective:To observe the effect of Combined Therapy of TCM and WM on uterine bleeding induced by IUD.Methods:200 patients with uterine bleeding induced by IUD were divided into two groups randomly:the control group (101 cases) and the treatment group(99 cases).Results:The effective rates in treatment group and the control group were 88.82% and 70.11% respectively.Compared with those of the control group,differences were statisatically Significian.Conclusion:Combined Therapy of TCM and WM has better effect for urerine bleeding induced by IUD,and is the first choice in treatment.
