今年1月1日起,欧盟、美国等发达国家都已取消了纺织品服装贸易领域的配额限制,国际纺织品服装贸易进入后配额时代,这为我国纺织工业的发展带来了新的机遇和挑战。

From January 1 st, 2005, the developed countries such as EU and USA had all removed quota restriction in the textile clothing trade domain, after the international textile clothing trade entered the ＂Latter Quota Time＂, this brought new opportunity and challenge to our textile industry development.
