摘要
网络环境下高校图书馆参考咨询服务呈现出参考信息资源多元化、服务范围扩大化、服务方式多样化、服务对象广泛化等新特征。为应对不断发展的新形势,对高校图书馆参考咨询工作也应该有相应的高要求。
The author reveals the new features of reference service in academic libraries in the Intemet era, that is, different resources of information, extensional scale of service, variety of service modes, broadness of readers. In order to keep the pace with the new situation, the author also discusses evaluation criteria of academic library＇ s reference service.
