Relations Between Improvement of CPC Ruling Capability and Realization of Common Prosperity

加强执政能力建设,是我们党执政后始终面临和不断探索的一个重大课题,也是十六大提出的一项战略任务;实现共同富裕是我们党始终不渝追求的目标,也是社会主义本质的核心内容。加强党的执政能力建设必须以实现共同富裕为目标,实现共同富裕为加强党的执政能力建设创造新条件。

To improve ruling capability, is, and will be an important task for the Communist Party of China （CPC）, which was put forward at the 16th National Congress. And to achieve common prosperity is the party＇s final goal as well as the essence of socialist countries. Therefore, their relations are closely knitted： the latter is the direction of the former while the realization of the latter can help improve the former.
