摘要 随着《普通高中英语课程标准(实验)》的颁布和执行,自主学习成为研究和教学的重要内容,培养自主学习能力成为课程的重要目标之一。对自主学习的理解应有两个层次:(1)自主学习是以特定学习方式为特征的学习状态和过程;(2)自主学习能力是基于态度的心理趋势和理解运用能力。实现自主学习应正确处理其相关因素之间的关系,改变传统的观念和教学方法,创造条件培养学生自主学习能力。 With the publishment and execution of "Curriculum Standards of English for Ordinary Higher Schools", autonomous learning has become one of the important issues in EFL research and teaching, and cultivating abilities in autonomous learning one of the important goals. The understanding of autonomous learning has two meanings: (1) autonomous learning is a kind of state and process characterised with particular learning mode; (2)autonomous learning ability is a kind of psychological tendency and ability of understanding and application. To make autonomous learning available and practical, we need to have a good understanding of autonomy; adjust our teaching ideal and methods; and train students' autonomous learning ability by creating favorable conditions.
