A Probe into the Model of CYL's Work among Postgraduates

研究生与本科生相比,有着许多不同的特点和优势。但研究生团组织不健全、活动覆盖面小。要推动研究生团工作的顺利开展,必须准确把握研究生的特点,充分发挥研究生的学术优势。加强研究生的团工作,须从以下几个方面入手:以创新团支部设置方式为突破口,加强研究生团的组织建设;以理论探讨为载体,开展思想政治教育工作;以学术科技创新为主渠道,开展校园文化活动;以专业服务为主导,开展社会实践和志愿服务工作。

To promote the League＇ s work among postgraduates, we must accurately comprehend the characteristics of postgraduates, and make full use of their academic advantages. In this regard, the follouing specific measures should be taken ： （ 1 ）making the renewal of League branch establishment ways a breakthrough point to strengthen the League＇ s organizational building for postgraduates; （2） carrying out ideological snd political education by means of theoretical discussion; （3） taking academic and sci - tech innovations as main avenues to organizing campus culture activities ; and （4）following the guidance of specialized service to carry out social practices and volunteer work.
