摘要
辅导员是高校思想政治工作的主力军,在高校的思想政治工作中发挥着重要的作用。但是,由于理论水平和工作经验的不足、全身心地投入与实际取得的效果的差距、多重角色的冲突、保障机制不健全等原因,使辅导员产生了种种的心理困惑。各高校应采取对辅导员进行科学的定位、重视辅导员队伍的专业化职业化建设、建立辅导员工作保障机制等措施,解决辅导员的心理困惑问题。
Political instructors are main forces in ideological and political work in tertiary colleges. They play an important role in conducting ideological and political education of college students. However, some factors have caused their psychological perplexity. To solve the problem in this regard, some effective measures must be taken in tertiary colleges .
