The Puzzlement and Way out of NGO—On the perspective of government resource

我国非营利组织的制度变迁存在着对政治权力和政治资源明显的路径依赖。政府资源是非营利组织的一种稀缺资源。非营利组织对政府资源的依赖造成了政府对非营利组织基于资源的一种约束,由此带来了一系列的问题。

This paper argnes that in the view of corporatism,government is a kind of scarce resource of the NGO which they depend on.This dependence on government resource has resulted government restriction,and thus brings a series of problens.
