摘要
本文在对农民工自组织现象进行分析的基础上,指出自组织存在的困难,并提出完善“自组织”的建议:修改有关法律法规,加大政府行政扶持力度;发展现有自组织,依附强势群体进行利益表达;因地制宜采取灵活的组织方式,构建有机的自组织网络。
