摘要
社会援助是为贫、弱者提供免费、减费法律服务的一种救助。法律援助是政府的责任,以社会法律援助作为补充。从发展趋势上看,法律援助应从法律救助逐步过渡到兼有救助和福利双重性质的制度,并应不断扩大援助范围、增加援助内容、科学划定援助标准。
Legal aid is a kind of redress by means of providing free or part free legal service. It is mainly the government＇s obligation, and the society as its supplement. With respect to its developing tendency, the legal aid＇s essence is from redress to both redress and welfare, and its extent should be enlarged, content added, criterion demarcated.
