摘要 广义的临床医学营养学应包括营养不足与营养过多,目前临床营养学多注重营养不良的治疗,但中国大城市成年人超重比率已接近35%,超重及肥胖患者的治疗将成为临床营养学逐渐关注的新内容。本刊总编在美国梅奥医学中心肥胖研究专家Levine教授访问北京期间,特邀其为中国读者撰写此文,在此对作者表示由衷的谢意。
