摘要
饭店管理课程建设是高校相关专业深化教学改革和提高教学质量的重要措施,饭店管理专业的课程设置要注意关联性原则、应用性原则与创新性原则,应重视学生能力与素质的培养,注重课程建设过程中的教学、科研与实践的结合,形成三元结构体系。
Curriculum building is an important measure to deepen the education reform, improving the education quality in college. To set the courses of the department of hotel management, we should pay attention to the further development of students＇ ability and diathesis, as well as the principle of relation, application and originality so as to form the 3-element arrangement system.
