摘要
单位内部管理制度具有双重性,既具有规范约束作用,也具有激励作用。我们应该不断提高对单位内部管理制度激励作用的认识,深入分析其作用未能有效发挥的原因,并采取有效措施,更好地发挥单位内部管理制度的激励作用。
Function of the administration system is in two sides, which is both to constrain and to promote. We should improve our recognition of the promoting function of the inside administration system, and analyze the reason why its function couldn＇t be brought into play, and carry out effective countermeasures so as to exert the promoting function better.
