结肠癌术后腹腔化疗和静脉化疗的疗效比较

Comparison of the effects of postoperative intravenous chemotherapy and intraperitoneal chemotherapy in patients with colonic cancer

目的评价结肠癌术后腹腔化疗的效果。方法对比分析1995年-2000年结肠癌术后腹腔化疗组和术后静脉化疗组的临床资料。结果术后腹腔化疗组的3、4、5年生存率显著高于术后静脉化疗组。结论术后腹腔化疗能比静脉化疗更显著改善结肠癌病人的预后。

Objective To compare the effects of intraperitoneal and intravenous chemotherapy for colonic cancer. Methods The clinical data of 160 patients with colonic cancer treated by either postoperative intraperltoneal chemotherapy or postoperative intravenous chemotherapy from 1995 to 2000 in our hospital were analysed. Results The three-, four- and five-year survival rates in the intraperitoneal chemotherapy group were much higher than those in the intravenous chemotherapy group. Conclusion The intraperitoneal chemotherapy can greatly improve the prognosis of the patients with colonic cancer.
