摘要
人们对基因的结构和功能做了大量深入细致的研究,发现超过50%以上的人类肿瘤存在p53基因的异常,p53基因与肿瘤的发生、发展以及肿瘤病人的预后关系密切。p53基因治疗,目的是纠正恶性细胞中突变的p53基因功能,在多种肿瘤的体内外试验中显示出明显疗效,本文就该方面研究进展作一综述。
