摘要
应用VE原理通过对高压断路器功能的价值分析,确定用SF6断路器代替原油断路器,不仅保证了供电的可靠性,而且降低了运行维修成本。
By analyzing the high voltage circuit-breaker function with the value engineer theories, the author decided to use SF6 circuit-breaker as alternative of the original oil circuit-breaker, this application ensures the reliability of power supply and also cut down the operation maintenance costs.
