The theory frame of IRP developed so fast that it supply many professors with an informative integrated method.The thought of DER offer an advanced data environment to the later course which extends to the value digging.We need to think more deeply about how to solve the bottleneck problem of the government ,enterprise and so on in this stage in order to reach the more superior deploy of the source and realize the maximum of the increase in value.
