摘要
结合建设项目特征,对建设项目全过程的风险分析方法与应用进行了深入研究。重点论述了蒙特卡罗模拟技术在建设项目风险分析中的应用。通过算例,进一步论证了该方法作为一种风险分析技术,具有独特优点和广泛适用性。
In this paper, a thorough research on the methods and applications of risk analysis for construction projects is carried out, combining with the features of construction projects.Finally, this paper puts emphasis on the application of Monte-Carlo simulation technique in construction project risk analysis. As a kind of risk analysis technique this method is proved to possess special superiority and extensive applicability showed with an example.
