科技型中小企业在我国经济发展中发挥着越来越重要的作用;科技型中小企业对我国科技创新和经济发展所起的作用要远远大于其它类型企业。近几年来,科技型中小企业出现了投资不足的状况,影响了其的继续发展。本文从科技型中小企业的经营特点展开分析,研究了投资和科技型中小企业成长的关系,指出了影响科技型中小企业投资的若干因素,提出科技型中小企业投资前要解决的四方面问题,并给出扩大投资的对策。

The science and technology small and medium-sized enterprise plays the more and more vital role in our country economy development, science and technology small and medium-sized enterprise to China＇s scientific and technological innovation and economic development is much larger than the role of other types of enterprises by far. In the last few years, the science and technology small and medium-sized enterprise had the condition which the investment is insufficient, has affected its continuation development. This article launches the analysis from the science and technology small and medium-sized enterprise management characteristic has studied the relations which the investment and the science and technology small and medium-sized enterprise grows. It also points out certain factors that influenced science and technology small and medium-sized enterprise investment, proposes that before the science and technology small and medium-sized enterprise investment we must solve four aspects questions, at last it produces the countermeasure to expand investment.
