摘要
简要分析了我国企业海外并购的原因,并通过国外并购的失败经验得出并购后的整合工作,是并购成功的关键因素,并在此基础上,对我国并购企业的整合工作,就企业的发展战略、管理、文化、人力资源四个方面提出几点建议。
This paer analyse briefly the reason of these overseas acquisitions. Then learn the inspire that the intergration after acquisition is the most important factor by foreign acquisitions'experience. Based on this ,the article gives the advice on the strategy of development,management,culture and human resource management to our domestic enterprises .
