采用新的还原方法,以硼氢化钾为还原剂,在三氟化硼乙醚体系中将L-2-氨基丙酸还原成L-2-氨基丙醇,其收率达83%。该法成本低,适合工业化生产。

A novel synthesis of L- 2 - aminopropanol was reported. In BF3 - Et2O system, L - 2 - aminopropionic acid was reduced to L - 2 - aminopropanol by KBH4, with a yield of 83 %. This method was with low costs, suitable for production for industrialization.
