学分制下的技能教学考核与评价问题，一直是职业学校努力探索的重要课题。本文对中职教育的技能考核与评价提出“中等职业教育无失败技能考核模式”，并就学分制下的技能教学评价及质量监控问题进行研究，以期建立符合中等职业教育发展的技能教学及评价机制。

The evaluation of teaching of skills under credit system is an important topic of vocational education. Aiming at the topic, the article put forward＂ skills evaluation model without failure of secondary vocational education＂, and explored the quality monitoring problem in order to build skills teaching and evaluation mechanism suitable for the development of secondary vocational education.
